Dental implants

Replace a missing tooth with a titanium root and a fixed crown that looks and works like a natural tooth.

What is it?

An implant is a small titanium root placed in the jawbone where the tooth used to be. After a healing period your dentist sets, a crown designed in our lab to match your teeth is fixed on top.

Who is it for?

Anyone missing one or more teeth, as long as the bone, gums and general health allow it. Your X-rays decide that before anything else.

The steps

  1. 01

    Exam and X-rays

We check the bone and gums, then explain the plan and the cost before we start.

  2. 02

    Placing the implant

Under local anesthesia, delivered with the StarPen device for more comfort.

  3. 03

    Healing

The implant fuses with the bone; your dentist sets the time based on your case.

  4. 04

    The crown

We design the crown digitally in our lab and fix it on the implant.

  5. 05

    Follow-up

Check-ups and regular cleaning to keep the implant healthy.

Common questions

Does an implant hurt?

It's done under local anesthesia. You may feel mild soreness or swelling for a few days afterwards, and your dentist will prescribe what you need.

Will I need a bone graft?

Sometimes, if there isn't enough bone. The X-rays show it, and we tell you the plan and the cost before we start.

How long does an implant last?

With good oral care and regular check-ups, an implant is designed to last for many years.
